| The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has released the list of candidates whose application form for Civil Services preliminary examination 2018 have been cancelled due to non-payment of fees because Confirmation has not been received from the Bank Authorities regarding receipt of Fee of Rs 100 in respect of the 124 candidates for Civil Service (Preliminary) Examination, 2018. |

1.Log in to official website,
upsc.gov.in
2. Click on 'Fictitious Fees: Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2018' in
'What's New' section
3. Click on the link under
'Documents' section
4. Check the names of the candidates rejected
5. Download the same and take print out of the same for future use
APPEAL FOR NON REJECTION OF FORMS:
1. Candidates can appeal the decision within
10 days by providing hard copy of the original receipt to the Under Secretary (CSP), UPSC (New Delhi) by hand or via speed post. The last day to submit the evidence is
March 26
2. If candidates have made payment through cash mode to State Bank of India, they need to submit the original
pay-in slip
3. Those who have used an online payment system (debit/credit card or net banking) need to submit either the
card statement or bank account statement
