Responsibilities:

Proficient in advanced map development with the sound understanding of indexes, standard and extended rules, process data usage in maps along with the experience of implementing complex business logic in maps;

Gentran mapping experience is a plus.;

Strong understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, VDA etc) and related transaction sets;

Thorough understanding of SAP IDocs and EDI related interfaces in SAP (such as partner profile setup, port configuration etc).

Ability to identify changes required in maps and business processes in order to adapt to the changes in process flows;

Proficient in setting up and configuring new trading partners such as creating envelopes, code lists and related configurations along with setup of communication channels such as VAN, AS2, SFTP etc on SI;

Manage and monitor system logs, troubleshooting BPs and flows, node status and manage system recovery during downtime;

Strong understanding of integration interfaces with SAP (configuring SAP adapters, ALE, File-based etc.) and other third-party interfaces;

Understand the complexities of business process design and maintenance and able to interpret the process flows;

Experience in handling any issues related to communication on AS2, SFTP, Mailboxes etc;

Hands of knowledge on Gentran flows and Data manager Setups would be a plus for Tenneco Environment.;

Experience of working on issues with the product vendor by opening PMRs, using the online knowledge base and working with the vendor teams on fixes;

Functional knowledge of the retail/manufacturing domain would be helpful;

Ability to interact with multiple business users and trading partner contacts to resolve issues;

Basic SQL, UNIX commands and scripting knowledge would be beneficial;

Ability to multi-task would be a key factor in the Tenneco environment
