Direction(1-5): Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below:
Two persons, person 1 and person 2 standing at point S and Q respectively and are facing each other and the distance between S and Q is 20 meters. Person 1 at point S is facing north. Person 1 and Person 2 are turned to their right and then walked 15 meters to reach Point N and Point P respectively. From Point N, Person 1 turned and walked 10 m meters to his south-east direction to reach point M. From Point P, person 2 turned left and walked 25 meters to reach Point Z. Point Z is 30 m to the west of point L. Point Z is to the south-west of S.

shape Q1

If Point C is 10 meters to the north of Point N, then Point S is in which direction with respect to Point C?
    A. North-East B. North-South C. South-West D. North-West

Clearly point S is in the south-west of point C

shape Q2

Point Q is in which direction with respect to point of M?
    A. North-East B. North-West C. South-East D. South-West

Therefore Point Q is in the north-west of point M

shape Q3

If a point G is in the middle of point Z and point L, then what is the distance between point Q and G and in which direction is point Q from point G?
    A. 20m north B. 20m south C. 25m north D. 25m South

It is clearly visible from the above diagram that point Q is in the north direction from point G and the distance between them is 25m.

shape Q4

What is the minimum approximate possible distance between point P and L?
    A. 30m B. 25m C. 39m D. 45m

In the above diagram the minimum possible distance between Point P and L will be calculated using the Pythagoras theorem as follows:
[latex]{(PL)}^{2} = {(PZ)}^{2} + {(ZL)}^{2}[/latex]
Here the distance between point P and Z is 25m and the distance between point Z and L is 30 meters so
[latex]{(PL)}^{2} = {(25)}^{2} + {(30)}^{2}[/latex]
[latex]{(PL)}^{2} = (625) + (900)[/latex]
[latex]{(PL)}^{2} = (1525)[/latex]
(PL)= 39m approx.
So the minimum possible distance between point P and L is approximately 39m.

shape Q5

In which direction is point M from point L?
    A. North-East B. North-West C. South-East D. South-West

It is clearly visible from the above diagram that point M is in the south-east direction from point L
