1. Is there any age restriction to apply for the post of ECGC PO 2018 Exam? Yes. The candidate who wish to apply for the post of ECGC PO Exam 2018 should follow the age limitations.
The Minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years and the maximum age to apply for the post of ECGC PO Exam 2018 is 30 years. This should be considered as on 01/01/2018.
Please Note that a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/01/1988 and not later than 01/01/1998 (Inclusive of both the Dates).
2. I am a Student studying in the final year of college , Shall I Apply for the posts available in ECGC PO 2018? No. Since all the posts include graduation as the minimum qualification and even if they are a student it should have been announced before 15th January, 2018 and the qualification should have been obtained from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Government of India.
3. I have obtained 59.99 Percentage in my UG , can I make it as 60% and apply for the posts available in ECGC PO Exam 2018? No. It has been mentioned clearly in the notification that if a candidate has obtained 59.99% , it should be taken as 59.99% and not as 60%.
4. What is the minimum educational qualification to apply for the posts available in ECGC PO Exam 2018? The Minimum educational qualification should be considered as on 15th January, 2017.

1. What is the cut-off for being recruited? There is no fixed cut-off. It depends on the performance of the candidates. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each section of Online Examination and also a minimum total score to be considered for further process.
2. Is there a criterion for negative marking? Yes. One fourth of the marks (i.e 0.25 marks) will be deducted, if the candidate have marked any wrong answers.
3. Will the Descriptive Tests be evaluated for all the candidates writing the ECGC PO Exam 2018? Only the candidates who have scored the minimum cutoff marks in the online examination will be considered for the evaluation of the Descriptive Paper in the ECGC PO Exam 2018.
