Qualification

1.	Assistant Lecturer in Physiology	A recognised Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub- section (3) of Section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
2.	Assistant Professor in Psychiatric Social Work	(i) Masters of Philosophy in Psychiatric Social Work. (ii) Five years teaching experience in the Psychiatric Social Work or as a Psychiatric Social Worker in teaching institution. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
3.	Assistant Professor in Psychiatric Nursing	(i) Masters Degree in Psychiatric Nursing recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). (ii) Five years teaching experience in Nursing after post graduation. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
4.	Radio Officer	Radio Operators Certificate of Proficiency in Wireless Telegraphy, with at least second class, issued by the Ministry of Communication, New Delhi. (ii) Valid Certificate in Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) recognized by the I.M.O (International Marine Organisation). (iii) Five years experience of working in Merchant Navy in maintenance and operation of Radar, International Maritime Satellite Communications (Satcom) – Very High Frequency Radio Transceiver (VHF), Very High Frequency Digital Selective Calling (DSC). Automatic Identification Syatem for vessels (AIS), Electronic mail, Internet access, (Satcom A/B/M and Satcom C) VHF, VHF DSC, AIS, electronic mail, computer literacy including networking of computers, on line Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with batteries. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
5.	Assistant Professor in Tabla in Goa College of Music	(i) Good Academic record with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade at Master’s Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. (ii) National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET) shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Assistant Professor: Provided, however, that candidates who are or have been awarded Ph. D. Degree in compliance of the “University Grants Commission, Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Colleges”. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
6.	Statistical Officer	(i) Master’s Degree in Science with Statistics/ Operation Research or Master’s Degree in Mathematics/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Computer Application with Statistics as one of the subject of a recognised University or equivalent. (ii) Three years experience in collection, compilation, analysis and interpretation of statistical data in any recognised Central or State Government Organisations/Research Projects/Educational Institutions/Research Organisations. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
