1. What are the Educational/Age Criterion for applying for IBPS PO CWE selection process? Educational Qualification – Graduation from any university with 50% (Reserved Category) and 55% (Unreserved Category) marks. Age Limit Criteria - Its 20-30 years. If the candidate's age is between 20 to 30 years, then the candidate can apply for any of the IBPS PO Exam.
2. In which mode will the IBPS PO 2019 exam be conducted – Online or Offline? IBPS PO Exam 2019 – Prelims and Mains are conducted online and the Personal Interview is conducted Face-face.
3. What is the changed pattern for IBPS Exams? The official website has released the official advertisement for IBPS PO only, so as per the changed pattern, the candidates are allotted separate time limit for each section in Mains.

2. In which size format the Photos and Signatures should be uploaded? A recent, recognizable photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) should be uploaded by the candidate in the online application form and the candidate should ensure that copies of the same are retained for use at various stages of the Common Recruitment Process (CRP).
3. What if you can’t upload photo and signature while filling the application form online? There might be some server error or loading issues in the website. So wait for some time and try to reload the page.
If this is not the issue, then check out the image dimensions once again and re-upload it with the correct dimensions and sizes.
4. What to do when the confirmation mail for Registration and Password not received? As per the Registration System, as soon as you enter the required information for Registration, an automated password is generated and sent to the entered mobile no and email id. In case you don’t receive it, you should wait for some more time and if still it is not received then you can contact with Exam Convener Body – IBPS itself.
5. What if the payment is debited from the account but the Registration Confirmation did not receive? It is most importantly required to take a print out of the e-receipt generated at the time of fee payment. If the e-receipt is not generated, then the cash debited will be re-credited to your account after some time. You can also check the status of your online payment by logging out and logging in once again.
6. Can the application form details be edited after being submitted? If by mistake you have submitted the incorrect information asked in the application form like – DOB, Category, Name, Father’s Name, Address, Gender, Mobile Number or anything it can be. Then these data will not be changed, once you finally submit the application form. If you think that you are not sure about the information, then it’s better to choose ‘save and edit’ option rather than ‘final submit’.
7. If the candidate belongs to OBC category as per state norms but not in the central list. Which category should be mentioned in the application form? In case, when the caste category is not defined in the central list, then the candidates will be considered as General Category Member, so they’ll have to mention their category as General only.
1. How would you be able to download your Call Letter/Admit Card if you have forgotten your Registration Number/Password? The Registration Number and Password is sent to the mobile number and email id provided at the time of registration. So candidates can collect it from there only because the official website doesn’t provide it again.
Take extreme precaution while saving these important details on the mobile. You can also note them down and keep them safe for future reference.
2. What should candidates do when they can’t download the Pre-Training Call Letters or Admit Cards? The Pre-Training is only available for ST/SC/Minority Candidates so if you are not applicable for this training, then the call letter will not be downloaded.
In case you are applicable, then-

  • There might be some technical issues or server errors so wait for some time and try to download it once again.

  • You can logout and login once again. It works sometimes!

  • Check your login credentials, if they are correct or not!

  • If none of the above alternatives work, then contact to IBPS.

3. In case the candidate forgot to carry his/her admit card at the time of exam/interview. Then will he/she be allowed to enter the exam hall/interview hall? No, Admit Card/Call Letter is a mandatory document which every candidate should carry along with them.
4. Can the Exam Center be changed after submitting the Online Application Form? No! the allotted time, date and venue details cannot be changed.
1. When will the IBPS PO 2019 Exams be conducted? IBPS PO Prelims Exam Date – October 2019 IBPS PO Main Exam Date – November 2019.
1. What are the cutoff marks to qualify the IBPS PO Exam? The cut off marks are decided on the basis of the number of correctly answered questions.
2. What if you are not satisfied with your marks on the scorecard? You can claim your answer key. As soon as the Result is declared, the official website provides an opportunity for all the candidates to claim their answer keys.
3. What are the reasons for cancellation of candidature? If any candidate is found doing or being part of any of the illegal activities like, cheating or helping others, then his candidature to sit for the exam will be cancelled.
1. Can the candidates reprint their call letters? Yes! The admit card/call letter download link is always available till the ends of the Interviews. So if any candidates want to download and reprint their call letters, then they can do it anytime.
2. Which documents should be carried at the time of Interview? The 10th and 12th Mark-sheets along with the caste certificate and valid photo identity card is necessary to be carried at the time of Interview. Also, candidates can bring their scorecard.
3. Can any candidates claim his Interview Marks as well? No! Candidates can’t claim their interview marks. Those marks are decided on the basis of their performance and abilities assessed by the Interviewers.
1. Can the candidates change their bank preferences? Once the bank preferences are submitted, the candidates can’t change it then.
2. What if the candidate didn’t receive the email containing further joining details by the allotted bank?IBPS is not responsible after provisional allotment. The candidates may wait for the email confirmation or contact to the allotted bank itself.
3. Do the IBPS release waiting list for candidates who didn’t get finalized in the result? The official website of IBPS releases the notification regarding waiting list after a few days of Result Declaration. So candidates are advised to visit the IBPS site regularly for all the latest updates regarding IBPS Exams.
4. Are there any further procedures to join IBPS Bank after clearing all the 3 rounds – Prelims, Mains and Interview? Yes! After the Result Declaration, the shortlisted candidates are provisionally allotted the banks in which they’ll have to join as PO. After that IBPS will not be responsible for joining procedure. The allotted banks will intimate candidates about their Joining Dates and further process.

  • The joining date will be given within 6 months of Result Declaration.

  • The candidates are required to carry documents & certificates specified in intimation letter at the time of joining.

  • If the candidate has to undergo any medical tests or similar exams, the letter will detail the same as well.

  • All the candidates will have to appear in Training Programs of 10-15 days before joining as a PO in the concerned bank. The training will be conducted by the allotted bank in their respective training center.

  • After successfully completing their training, candidates are absorbed in the bank as Probationary Officers (JMG Scale-I) and posted in branches of the bank across India.
1. How much salary does a PO own from IBPS Banking Jobs? INR 37,360 -38,700 per month.
2. Which is better IBPS PO or SBI PO? Both are better. We can’t say that IBPS PO is better or SBI PO is better as both of them have their own perks. Example: SBI PO position wins in the aspects of Job Benefits and Salary Structure whereas IBPS PO Recruitment is easier than SBI PO.
3. Are there any benefits for ST/SC/OBC/PWD Candidates in IBPS PO Recruitment? Yes, IBPS benefits reserved candidates with the Age Relaxations and the application fee is also minimal for them.
PWD candidates get extra time in exam to attempt questions.
