The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection or the IBPS is the body that carries out the recruitment process for IBPS Regional Rural Banks (RRB) in India. It is popularly known as the IBPS RRB Exam. The IBPS RRB exam is conducted for recruitment to four different posts:
    1. IBPS RRB Office Assistant or Clerk (Multipurpose) 2. IBPS RRB Officer Scale I or PO 3. IBPS RRB Officer Scale-II ( Generalist & Specialist) 4. IBPS RRB Officer Scale III (Senior Manager)

IBPS RRB conducts recruitment to select candidates in the following levels Group A Officers: Scale-I (PO), Scale-II, Scale-III Group B Office Assistants: Multipurpose Office Assistants or Clerk
IBPS RRB Clerk has different pay scales and salary structures and it varies bank to bank. There are different policies for different banks as per their policy. The basic IBPS RRB Group B salary during the training period is around INR 10,000 to INR 15,000.

IBPS RRB Salary: In Hand Salary: The pay scale for IBPS RRB Clerk or IBPS RRB Office Assistant is in the range of Rs. 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300.Rs. 19000- Rs. 22000 is the cash in hand for newly appointed candidates.

IBPS RRB office assistant salary ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 19,000 as per candidates’ performance and marks obtained. For office assistant at 100% DA for new recruits, the amount that would come in hand is INR 14,000 to INR 17,000.
There are different pay scales as well which are as follows: 7200 – (400/3), 8400 – (500/3), 9900 – (600/4), 12300 – (700/7), 17200 – (1300/1), 18500 – (800/1) – 19300.

The IBPS RRB Salary includes Dearness Allowances (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) for all the scales of IBPS RRB.
