Indian Bank PO Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Indian POs have to multi-task and get involved in all sorts of activities at the office.
2. Indian bank POs work in different departments of the bank like, Marketing, Accounts, Finance, Loans and Advances, etc. and gain practical knowledge of how each of these departments works.
3. They supervise clerical activities across departments.
4. They provide customer support and services and need to handle the various queries and demands of the customers of the bank, related to opening bank accounts, issuing cheque books, Demand Drafts (DD), ATM, etc.
5. Processing loans is one of the most important tasks that Provisional Officers perform. They have to supervise the entire process of granting loans, including verification of documents.
