1. Pilot Must hold a certificate of competency as master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of shipping, Govt of India. One year post qualification experience as Master/ Chief Officer of a foreign going ship.
2. Marine Engineer MOT I Class Motor certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 1 year post qualification experience as Chief Engineer on board a foreign going ship.
3. Advisor (Project) A Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. A Degree in Law (LLB) from the recognized university will be prefer. Conversant with provisions of Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Law of Arbitration and Conciliation, 1996. Should have experience of dredging of Minimum 3 years. Minimum 25 years of experience in Port Sector/ related infrastructure. Worked in Senior Management and leadership position for at least 10 years in Port Sector.
