RRB Group D Admit Card 2019

Prospective candidates who have successfully registered online, paid the application fee and have submitted the application form for the recruitment process of RRB Group D Admit Card 2019 will be allowed to download Admit card/ e-Call Letter (along with e-call letter for Scribe, wherever applicable) from the RRBs websites about 10 days before the date of the CBT / PET/ Document Verification (as applicable).

Admit Cards for Group D 2018 Recruitment Prospective candidates who have successfully registered online, paid the application fee and have submitted the application form for the recruitment process of RRB Group D Admit Card 2018 will be allowed to download Admit card/ e-Call Letter (along with e-call letter for Scribe, wherever applicable) from the RRBs websites about 10 days before the date of the CBT / PET/ Document Verification (as applicable).
1. Admit card for First Stage CBT - (Will Update Soon!!!!) All the candidates who have successfully done with the application process have to wait for the admit card for First Stage CBT 2019. Aspirants would be allowed to download the admit cards for First Stage CBT from onwards.
Steps for downloading the Admit card:
  • Please visit the Official website of RRB Group D 2019.
  • (or) Click Here to download RRB Group D Admit Card.
  • Then click on the link “Already Registered”.
  • After that, you will have to enter the registration id, password and security code and click “Login” button.
  • Then you will get your RRB Group D Admit Card 2019.
  • Applicants are advised to check all the details on the admit card. Take the printout of the admit card for the future reference.

2. Admit card for Second Stage PET - (Will Update Soon!!!!) All the candidates who have successfully done with the First Stage have to wait for the admit card for Second Stage PET 2018. Aspirants would be allowed to download the admit cards for Second Stage PET from onwards.

2. Admit card for Final Stage DV - (Will Update Soon!!!!) All the candidates who have successfully done with the First Stage and Second Stage have to wait for the admit card for Final Stage DV 2018. Aspirants would be allowed to download the admit cards for Final Stage DV from onwards.

  • Then click on the link “Already Registered”.
  • After that, you will have to enter the registration id, password and security code and click “Login” button.
  • Then you will get your RRB Group D Admit Card 2019.
  • Applicants are advised to check all the details on the admit card. Take the printout of the admit card for the future reference.

RRB Group D 2019 Admit Card contains all the crucial details about the candidates and related to the respective examinations. Candidates are advised to carefully verify the information on the RRB Group D Admit Card after downloading it.

Aspirants needed to carry some important documents as well as stationery things such as ball pen blue, and a photo of self-attested.
  • Unique Identification Card (Aadhar)
  • Passport
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter’s Card
  • Bank Passbook with duly attested Photograph Duly attested photograph
  • Identity Card issued by School or College/Gazetted Officer

Below are the instructions printed on the Admit Card and to be strictly followed by the candidates.
    1. Dear candidate, we thank you for responding to our advertisement for recruitment in the Indian Railways.
    2. The candidate should report at the centre of examination well in advance of reporting time. Reporting time and examination time are indicated in the call letter. The candidates reporting after 10 minutes of the start of examination shall not be admitted.
    3. Your admission to examination will be subject to your producing this call letter in original before the officials-in-charge of the examination centre.
    4. Please paste a photograph in the bottom portion of the call letter. Candidate with call letters without the photograph pasted will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
    5. Your candidature for this post is provisional and subject to your fulfilling the prescribed age, educational qualifications and other conditions as specified in our advertisement and will be verified during document verification.
    6. The candidates must fill up and darken the correct circles for their roll no., question booklet no. etc in answer sheet correctly. Wrong filling of roll no., question booklet no. and name etc will lead to disqualification.
    7. No request for change in date of examination and centre will be entertained.
    8. This call letter should be carefully retained by the candidates. Those candidates who are called for interview/verification of credentials/skill test will be required to produce this call letter also, failing which they will be disqualified.
    9. For SC/ST only : On production of this admit card you are entitled to travel by Rail in Second Class from your nearest Railway Station (mentioned on the reverse) to the place of written examination and back till the mentioned date. You should produce original caste certificate at the time of reservation/traveling.
    10. Any form of canvassing will disqualify the candidate. The candidate found to be indulging in any malpractice or any unfairmeans in the examination shall be disqualified and debarred from all RRBs.
    11. The candidate is not allowed to leave the examination hall before expiry of the time and without handing over the answer sheets in duplicate and question booklet to the invigilator concerned.
    12. Do not bring any books, notes, mobile phone, pager, calculators etc. in the examination hall. Possession of any such gadget will result in disqualification. Mobile Phone will be ceased if found in the examination hall.
    13. There shall be negative marking for wrong Answer at the rate of one third of allotted marks for each Question.
    14. The attendance slip is given at the bottom of Call letter. This should be filled in examination centre only and signed in presence of invigilator. This attendance slip should be detached & handed over to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. You will be considered absent if you do not handover the attendance slip to invigilator.
    15. The Candidates are advised to put their signature at the time of examination exactly in the same way as signed in the Application form. Any variation in signature at any stage of recruitment will render his candidature liable for cancellation. Candidates should copy a paragraph in their own running hand writing in English & Hindi in the Answer Booklet and also give their thumb impressions in the attendance and OMR sheet. Candidates not copy the paragraph or not giving clear thumb impression or signature will be disqualified.
    16. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that his/her left thumb impression on attendance sheet & OMR is clear and complete. Smudged/Unclear thumb impression will lead to disqualification of candidate.
    17. Candidates must check their call letter thoroughly in regard to Name, Photograph, caste, category, free travel authority (for SC/ST only) etc. Any discrepancy should be get rectified from RRB atleast within two days prior to the date of examination.

Q. How do I download my RRB Group D Admit Card 2018? Ans. Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the Registration Number and Password / DOB (DD-MM-YY) at the required fields to download the Call Letter.
Q. What should I do if there is lot of delay is accessing the page? Ans. Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during non-peak hours during at night.
Q. Where do I get the Registration number and password? Ans. Registration number and password are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgment, at the email address registered by him/her.
Q. My date of birth is rejected on login screen? Ans. Candidate should ensure that the date of birth is same as s/he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the application print for the date of birth entered by him. The date of Birth should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.
Q. I am unable to login/screen displays the login failed message? Ans. Please check your entries in login screen. You should use Registration Number & Password as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement. Also, make sure that the date of birth you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.
