Guidelines for Selection:
Job Description
1. Corporate Relation Officer at Finishing School, Hyderabad
  • To identify the vacancies in various industries/corporates and coordinate with Finishing School for recruiting the EWRC trained youth

  • Coordinate with HRs for conducting the jobmelas at District/Mandal/Village level as requested by District teams

  • Follow up with placed youth and get work place feedback from the youth and HRs

    • 2. EWRC Trainer at Finishing School, Hyderabad
  • To assess the candidate standards with industry demand and fill the gap

  • To acclimatize trainees with city environment

  • To provide the knowledge of work place environment to trainees

  • To provide the knowledge on Interview techniques and basic etiquettes of interview to the trainees

  • Procure offer letters from HRs after placements are completed and upload in the portal and send to concerned District training centre

  • Update the available vacancies list company wise and available trained youth district and gender wise

  • Give regular feedback on batches to the SMM (EWRC) for training improvement at District training centres

  • Send the periodical progress reports to HO
