TS PC Document Verification will be applicable only for who have shortlisted in all the rounds of the tests. The following are the list of certificates to be produced at the time of Provisional Allotment.

Physical Verification of Original Certificates:
Candidates who qualify in the Final Written Examination have to produce in person the following documents in original along with one set of photocopies duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. The date(s) and place(s) will be informed in due course through a press release. Failure to produce the same will lead to rejection of the candidature and no additional time shall be given. Certificates to be produced are –

• Secondary School / Matriculation Certificate or equivalent certificate in support of the date of birth


• Educational qualification - Intermediate or its equivalent examination certificate. SC / ST Candidates who have not passed the Intermediate or its equivalent examination but passed SSC or its equivalent examination and studied Intermediate and appeared for the Intermediate Examination of I year and II year must submit the Memorandum of Marks of both the 1st and 2nd year Intermediate Examinations


• BC Candidates who wish to claim Concession in age and also Reservation specified for the Backward Classes should submit the Community Certificate and latest Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the competent authorities of Government of Telangana State.


• SC / ST Candidates who wish to claim Concession in age and also Reservation specified for the SC / ST, should submit the Community Certificate issued by the competent authority of Government of Telangana State.


• Certificate from the competent authority in respect of State Government employees / those who worked in the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Indian Union / NCC Instructors / retrenched temporary employee in the State Census Department during 1991 for claiming age concession.


• Residence Certificate of the Agency Area issued by the competent authority of Government of Telangana in respect of Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes & Aboriginal Tribes of the agency areas of Mahaboobnagar, Adilabad, Warangal and Khammam Districts by those Candidates who claim relaxation in physical standards or reservation.


• Study Certificate issued by the School Authorities or Residence Certificate (in case the Candidate who did not study in any Educational Institution preceding SSC / Matriculation or equivalent (Private Study)) issued by Tahsildar of the concerned Mandal, for determining local status


• Home Guards Service Certificate / Certificate of CPP / Certificate of CDI / Certificate of CSPF / Certificate of CJP, issued after the date of Notification by the competent authorities, wherever applicable, for claiming special reservation


• Ex-Servicemen Certificate / Meritorious Sports Person Certificate / NCC Certificate etc wherever applicable, for claiming reservation


• No Objection Certificate by the Serving Armed Forces Personnel


• In case of Widow, Death Certificate of her husband together with the Affidavit, that she has not re-married since, for claiming Age relaxation


• Certified copy of the Judgment / Decree in case of Divorced Women / judicially separated together with the Affidavit that she has not re-married since, for claiming Age relaxation.

Instructions for Candidates who Studied in the Bordering Areas of Hyderabad / Cyberabad
Candidates who have studied in bordering areas of Hyderabad, Cyberabad / Rachakonda should obtain a Certificate as per Annexure-III (A) from the concerned Head Master of the School in which he / she has studied from IV class to X class as to under which Revenue and District Education Officer jurisdiction the school falls i.e., DEO, Hyderabad (or) DEO, Ranga Reddy / Vikarabad. Accordingly, they should mention the name of District in Annexure III (A).
Certificates / Annexures

• Candidates who claim reservation under Home Guard, CPP, CDI, CSPF and CJP should satisfy the above conditions and submit the relevant certificate as per annexure(s) appended to the Notification. The certificate(s) pertaining to Home Guard, CPP, CDI, CSPF and CJP should be obtained on or after the date of issue of Notification from the Competent Authority. Certificate obtained before the date of Notification is not valid and will not be entertained


• Candidates who claim Reservation under Meritorious Sports Person should satisfy the above conditions and submit the relevant certificate issued by the Competent Authority and in the form prescribed in GO Ms No. 74 Youth Advancement, Tourism & Culture (Sports) Department, dated 09-08-2012 as per Annexure X & XI


• Candidates who claim Reservation Quota under NCC (B or C certificate) should submit the necessary certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

Necessary Certificate for Ex-Servicemen
Candidates who claim reservation as Ex-Servicemen should satisfy the conditions mentioned in Sub Clause (16) of Rule 2 of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996 and having the necessary certificate from the Competent Authority. No Objection Certificate should be submitted by the personnel serving in the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Indian Union for re-employment.
