TS Police Sub Inspector Instructions is a comprehensive guide pertaining to various aspects of the TSP SI (IT & C / ASI FPB) Test day and Test Centers of the Online examinations. Candidates are strongly advised to read the instructions carefully to get acquainted with all the elements of the TSP SI Recruitment process.

Candidates shall go through all the Instructions given on the reverse (other side) of the Hall Ticket carefully, in their own interest and comply with them scrupulously. Certain important Instructions are reproduced below, for the benefit of the Candidates -
  • Candidates are advised to visit their Centre of Examination one day prior to the actual Date of Examination and make sure about their Examination Centre. No traveling expenses will be paid for the journey, if any performed, to take the Test

  • Candidate’s passport photograph has to be fastened at the designated place provided in the Hall Ticket. Otherwise, Hall Ticket will not be accepted and Admission to Examination will be denied

  • Candidates will be permitted into the Examination Hall one hour prior to the commencement of the examination. Candidates will not be allowed into the Examination Hall, if they are late even by a minute after commencement of the examination

  • Candidates should not bring any electronic or other gadgets including Mobile / Cellular Phones, Tablets, Pen Drives, Bluetooth Devices, Wrist-Watches, Watch Calculators, Log Tables, Wallets, Purses, Notes, Charts, loose sheets or recording instruments strapped to the body or in the pockets. Candidates, particularly women are advised not to come for the examination wearing Jewelry or carrying Handbags / Jholas / Pouches etc. No Cloak Room / Storage Facility to safeguard any valuables or belongings of the Candidates is available at the Examination Centres

  • Candidates shall carry only Black / Blue Ball Point Pens and Hall Ticket into the Examination Hall

  • Digital Image and Fingerprint/s (Biometrics) will be collected during the Test in the Examination Hall. Therefore, Candidates are advised not to have mehendi, temporary tattoos or any obstructive material covers on their fingers which may hamper the recording of Biometrics

  • OMR Answer Sheet will not be valued if the Candidate writes any irrelevant matter, symbols, religious marks, prayers or identification marks on any part of OMR Answer Sheet as it amounts to malpractice

  • Question Paper Booklet is printed in 2 languages viz., English–Telugu or English–Urdu. In case of any doubt or ambiguity in any question, then the English version will be considered to be the correct version

  • Adoption of any kind of unfair means or any act of impersonation during the Examination will render the Candidate liable for invalidation of his / her OMR Answer Sheet and will forfeit the claim of appearing in the test besides being liable for criminal action

  • Hall Ticket must be preserved till the final conclusion of the process of Recruitment

  • Electronic gadgets like mobile phones, bluetooth, pen drive, laptops, calculators, and wrist watches or any other communication devices or pen/pencils are strictly NOT allowed inside the hall.

  • Any infringement of this instruction shall entail summary rejection besides legal action including debarment from future examinations.

  • Therefore, candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones, etc to the venue of the examination, as arrangements for safe keeping cannot be assured.
  • Candidates are advised to visit their Venue of PMT / PET one day prior to the actual Date of Examination and make sure about the Venue. No traveling expenses will be paid for the journey, if any performed, to take the Test.

  • Candidates are advised to be punctual in reporting at the Venue at the Time and on the Date given in their Admit Card. If any Candidate fails to do so, it will be presumed that he / she is not interested in participating in further process of recruitment and his / her candidature will automatically lapse.

  • Candidates are advised not to bring any unnecessary personal belongings to the Venue of PMT / PET as such material may become a hindrance to their effective participation in the PMT / PET.

  • Candidates, particularly women are advised not to come for the examination wearing jewelry or carrying handbags / jholas / pouches etc. No Cloak Room / Storage Facility to safeguard any valuables or belongings of the Candidates is available at the Examination Centres.

  • Adoption of any kind of unfair means or any act of impersonation during the PMT / PET will render the Candidate liable for invalidation of his / her candidature as well as appropriate criminal action.
  • Candidates who claim reservation as Ex-Servicemen should satisfy the conditions mentioned in Sub Clause (16) of Rule 2 of Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996 and having the necessary certificate from the Competent Authority. No Objection Certificate should be submitted by the personnel serving in the Army, Navy or Air Force of the Indian Union for re-employment.

  • Ex-Servicemen Certificate if already discharged from service, for claiming Age Relaxation / Reservation.

  • Persons serving in the Armed Forces of the Indian Union, who on Retirement from service, would come under the category of Ex-Servicemen, may be permitted to apply for re-employment one year before the completion of the specified terms of engagement and avail themselves of all concessions available to Ex-Servicemen but shall not be permitted to leave the uniform until they complete the specified term of engagement in the Armed Forces of the Indian Union.
  • Do not believe them or give any money to such people, just inform the Police or TSLPRB authorities immediately. Your identity will be kept secret.

  • Some unscrupulous elements / touts may try to dupe innocent people / unemployed youths with false promises of providing them jobs. At times, they promise job using forged / fake documents, communications, e-mails and websites to authenticate their claim.

  • Please note that, the process of recruitment is carried out only through institutions which have reputation of carrying out similar exams in a fair and orderly manner and not by any other agencies.

  • Candidates who use wrongful means will be disqualified and criminal cases will be booked against them.
