4. Deputy Legislative Counsel 50 years Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent
5. Chemist & Metallurgist 40 years Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University or Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University
6. Director General 50 years Certificate of competency of marine Engineer Officer Class-I
7. Lecturer 35 years Master's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with first class or equivalent from a recognized University or MBBS Degree with 55% Marks or equivalent from a recoginzed University/ Institution
8. Vice Principal/ Asst Inspector of Training 35 years Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering of a recognized university or equivalent
