Introduction
Understanding the TSCAB Recruitment Exam Pattern and syllabus will help the candidates in devising effective preparation strategies. Speed/Time management is vital in obtaining a good score in any competitive exam and hence, analysis of TSCAB Recruitment Exam Pattern and syllabus is very crucial to be able to complete the exams in the stipulated time.
The TSCAB Staff Asst selection process shall be made on the basis of the Online Test/Examination only. The Online Test/Examination will be conducted in English. All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time will be called for the Online test/ Examination.

Penalty for Wrong Answers:
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e., no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Note:
- Choice of centre once exercised by the candidate will be final. No request for change of centre/venue/date/session for Examination shall be entertained.
- TSCAB reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc
- If sufficient number of candidates do not opt for a particular center for "Online" examination, TSCAB reserves the right to allot any other adjunct center to those candidates OR if the number of candidates is more than the capacity available for online exam for a center, TSCAB reserves the right to allow any another centre to the candidate depending upon the situation prevailing on that day.
